Shipping and Return Policy

Delivery Policy:

Your Luxury Copper customer service agent handles all of the delivery details for your shipment. This includes:

  • Advising you on items that may have special delivery times or shipping costs
  • Providing tracking numbers as they are available, via email.
  • Full service claims handling in the event of shipping mishap. We have a 99% damage-free delivery success with our copper products. In the event of shipping damage, we file, follow up and collect all claims for you. You receive immediate replacement product or credit from us on the damage.

Careful Packaging:

Our products are carefully packaged and insured. Though damages and losses are infrequent, accidents do happen. Because most of our products ship in individual packages, damage is typically limited to one or two items. Please take these simple steps in the event of freight damage.

On delivery day:

  • If your order includes multiple items, expect multiple packages. We list the number of packages in your shipment on the package slips; count packages to ensure you receive them all.
  • Inspect the outside of the package(s) for any signs of damage. If a product is damaged the package will show distress and be torn.
  • Make a note on the driver's delivery slip of the number of any damaged or missing packages. If you do not note package damage on delivery, we may lose our ability to file a claim on your behalf.
  • Sign the delivery slip and receive both the damaged and undamaged product.
  • Call us to arrange for the replacement of the damaged product or any packages that may be missing.

Average Delivery Times:

Since all of our products are custom-made to your specifications we stock a very limited number of items. The average delivery time for an order is 3-4 weeks after payment clears, some orders arrive earlier. Larger items may require 5-6 weeks.

Luxury Copper delivers to residential or business addresses in the U.S. and Canada. Tracking numbers are always provided so you can see exactly where you products are at all times. All our items are available for front-door delivery service.

Placing and verifying your order:

You are responsible for the accuracy of your order. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This email serves as your receipt of items purchased. It is your responsibility to verify the order for accuracy and contact us with any discrepancies or changes within three hours of placing the order. After three hours, the order is in processing mode and the ability to change the order is not guaranteed.

Changes, Cancellations and Refunds:

Orders can be modified or cancelled provided this is done within 24 hours. Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a 20% restocking fee as well as the cost to stop and return the shipment charged by the shipping company.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, new and unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund, less shipping and a 20% restocking fee. After 30 days, no returns or exchanges can be made.
